If the client is in your system.

Then create a password for them in the JI Golf MBO system.
Use their JI Golf MBO email and password to “log in” during the checkout process while booking.

If it wont update their password.

This happens when their MBO account was made prior to you.
Go to account.mindbodyonline.com and reset the password
This will go to the clients email and they can make it something they can remember.
Then use the email and new password during the “log in” section of booking.

If they do not fit either.

In this case just “create” during the booking process and make them in the system.
